Building A Winning Team
To learn how we can help you build your winning team.

“Culture isn’t one aspect of the game, it is the game in the end. And organisation is nothing more than the collective capacity of it’s people to create value”
Lou Gerstner – CEO of IBM 1993 until 2002, credited with turning around IBM’s fortune.
Team Working Skills – Enterprise Leader
If you are a CEO or MD with one or more of the following issues then read a little further…
- You are responsible for a set of KPI’s and you know your team could do better
- Your departments are not communicating with each other causing frustrations and poor results
- The culture of the business is negative
- You want to deliver outstanding customer service but the team keeps failing
- You are looking for innovation to help drive your business to the next level
- You are looking for a simple framework that will deliver a solution for all the above.
Does this sound familiar?
“Our business ran two silos, sales and operations and they never communicated properly causing discontent. I was also looking at ways to differentiate the business from our competitors that would give us a competitive advantage. Since we operate in a saturated market the only way to do this was though delivery of an outstanding service but our customer focus was poor. I knew this was a people problem and I was looking for a solution, then came across an audio book called Business Upgrade. I listened to it and thought this is exactly what I need. The results have shocked me, we now have both engagement and self discipline. The teams are exceeding their targets, the business is ahead of my targets and everyone is being rewarded including the shareholders.”
An Analogy: F1 Driving and a CEO
The CEO (the driver of the F1 car) tries to turn the steering wheel to get the car pointing in the right direction. This is all good, but often when the CEO turns the steering wheel, the actual wheels do not turn, because the steering wheel is not connected to the rest of the car.
Our work is to help you connect the steering wheel to the rest of the car, or your employees to the company vision and strategic business objectives.
We do this using a framework called Enterprise Leader. This framework helps us build a winning team just like Michael Schumacher did with Ferrari. We see him as a racing driver, but he is an enterprise leader as he helped build a winning team through vision, communication and hard work.
The Solution is Enterprise Leader
It does it by your team listening to an audio program, then attend a team meeting to draw out the learning and work out how to implement it into the business.
Team member then have one-to-one sessions with a coach to help them with any necessary support.
The audio listening can be done at any time, utilising waiting time, while taking exercise, at leisure, while relaxing, at the weekend, while in work. Whatever is easy for the individual.
The important point is that each team member has listened to the agreed session(s) before the team meeting.
This meeting is facilitated by a professional coach, and is essential for the program to work. The coach will enable and promote positive behaviour and deal with any limiting beliefs, which may be the underlying problem for some team members. This is done by working with individuals on a one-to-one basis.
The coach then helps the team develop action plans and supports them to ensure they are delivered. The one-hour team meeting can be organised weekly, fortnightly or monthly, whatever the team feels they can deal with.
At the end of the program you are left with the following:
- Business growth by building winning teams and leadership
- Improved internal communications
- Higher employee engagement
- Employees aligned to the business strategy and objectives
- Cultural transformation from poor to a dynamic, positive and drive
- Improved results
- Self-disciplined employees
- Innovative team thinking
- Change management delivered by your team
- Knowledge and Skills transfer of over 30 successful entrepreneurs
- Results by team communication and drive
- Limiting belief mastery of employees
